3. There is a screen-protection film on surface of the screen, some are with scratch. Remove it will have a better screen appearance.
4. Only use as mini analog tv in those Country Region:Haiti,Russia(Part of cities) ,IRAQ,Turkey,some place in Westerneurope.
If you are not in these country and buy it cant use,we dont return any money.

How to set up the tv system:
1.When you receive the tv and it does not work,please recharge it and then choose the country region.
2.Press the right button INPUT and POWER together,then using the VOL to choose country region.
If your country not in the list of country region,do not worry,tell us to find which one is the best signal.
